Financing of the association
:
In addition to the involvement of ODHAC and the municipality of Bellac, the association has benefited from various start-up aid from different institutional partners, such as the Departmental Council of Haute Vienne and private individuals, i.e. the Crédit Agricole as well as private individuals. She was thus able to finance the fittings of this house and the first expenses (insurance, electricity, telephone, etc.)
Load factor
:
The calculation of the operating budget was done conservatively based on an occupancy coefficient of 80% the first year and 95% the second. After several years of operation, we see that we are ahead of this hypothesis since the house of five accommodates five people.
Currently a sixth bedroom is available for host stays or as a guest room for families of roommates if necessary.
