Accounting operation :
Rigorous accounting management is essential, a guarantee of the success of this system. Each income and expense is justified by a document (invoices, receipts, etc.). We have created a chart of accounts according to the obligations linked to accounting regulations. We also opened two bank accounts:
A “rent and charges” account intended to manage rents and provisions for charges (water, electricity, heating, household waste, telephone, routine maintenance, etc.)
A current account is dedicated to food and everyday expenses. They are paid by the AVS exclusively by bank card made available to them.
Expenditures are reassessed every quarter and, if necessary, adjusted.
Leisure or other expenses paid on behalf of an occupant and not included in the collective expenses defined above will be reimbursed by the occupant concerned, upon receipt of proof. .../...
