Bellac is a small town on a human scale. It has a long tradition of welcoming the public with disabilities through various structures or associations such as ESAT, a specialized establishment for assistance through work or the REMPART association whose objective is to lead and undertake concrete actions to 'insertion.

There is a rich associative and cultural life. After a necessary period of adaptation, the occupants will be able to engage in the activities of their choice: music, theater and cinema, pottery, painting, library, horse riding, fishing and gardening.

Finally the house is located near the hospital and close to shops. It has a large plot of land on which a garden adapted for people with reduced mobility and a pétanque court are installed.

A garden shed and a raised vegetable garden were recently created.
