- A mobile team created in January 2003 with 12 positions. Its role consists of supporting at home in an individualized manner dependent injured people remaining in a family environment by encouraging the cognitive activities of the injured: gesture relearning, resocialization, play activities, cooking, baking for example.
- A mobile professional reintegration unit created in October 2006, responsible for supporting the injured in their professional environment or helping them in their professional reclassification. To complete this system, 12 specialized places for head trauma patients were created in 2006 in Work Support Establishments or Services (ESAT) which allows integration into a protected work environment. But it is clear that a large number of injured people with head trauma and light or moderate brain injuries who need permanent support but do not meet the criteria of the structures in place cannot find any place of reception.
The family home or shared house is intended to meet this need.
