February 3, 2019 festive afternoon...
On this beautiful sunny Sunday in February, members of the Maison des Cinq and other supporters, between 65 and 70 people responded to the call from the President of the association to meet at the CCAL in Bellac to share a festive afternoon . The objective of this meeting is to strengthen the links between the members, the roommates, the administrators and to present the skills that the association has, both at the judicial level and at the social level, which can be useful in the case of monitoring of brain damaged and more generally for any problem linked to disability.
Jean Joly, President of the association, warmly welcomed the assembly with a word of welcome and also thanked all the people or institutions who directly or indirectly supported and helped our system. Michel Masseret Vice-President presented future projects, namely the creation of five studios with a common room for activities in order to allow our current roommates to access more autonomy and welcome new people. He then developed our partnership with UNAFTC, our constant work on inclusive housing and our Handéo labeling project.
Without forgetting the legal and social support that certain administrators, through their skills, can offer as support to people in need.
The BELLACOR group offered us a very beautiful musical page lasting 45 minutes and the afternoon ended with a copious snack based on “ unlimited pancakes », sugar, jam, chocolate, accompanied by a glass of cider.
This very friendly moment made it possible to create exchanges, to be useful to people in difficulty…..and to bring together new members.
